Asset Recovery · Public Record Research
We return overlooked funds
to the people they belong to.
IronTiming locates surplus funds held by public bodies, assembles the evidence required to claim them, and works alongside licensed attorneys to see each matter through to release.
About
A quiet practice, narrowly focused.
IronTiming is a small research firm that does one thing carefully: we identify funds held by courts, counties, and state agencies that belong to a specific party — and we help return them.
Our work begins in the public record and ends in the hands of a licensed attorney. We do not advertise speculative claims, we do not approach families during foreclosure or probate, and we do not handle a matter unless the underlying record is clear.
Services
What we do.
- I.Surplus Fund IdentificationTargeted search of court, county, and state records to locate unclaimed proceeds owed to a known party.
- II.Document PreparationAssembly of the claim file: chain of title, identity evidence, affidavits, and any jurisdiction-specific forms.
- III.Attorney PartnershipEngagement of counsel admitted in the relevant jurisdiction to file, represent, and resolve the claim on the record.
- IV.Due Diligence ResearchOwnership, lien, and background review drawn from public sources before any claim is initiated.
Process
Four steps. No surprises.
Research
We confirm the fund and the party of record.
Document
We assemble the claim file and supporting evidence.
Attorney
Licensed counsel reviews and files the claim.
Release
Funds are released directly to the claimant.
Principles
“We hold ourselves to a standard the courts can verify — every claim grounded in record, every filing handled by counsel.”
Evidence first
We open a matter only when the underlying public record is unambiguous. If the chain of title is incomplete, we say so.
Attorney-led
We do not file claims directly. A licensed attorney in the relevant jurisdiction represents the claimant on record.
No surprise fees
Our compensation is agreed in writing before any work begins. Claimants are never asked for advance payment.
Discretion
Correspondence is private. We do not share, sell, or otherwise disclose claimant information.
Verification
Common questions
- Do you charge anything up front?
- No. Compensation is contingent and agreed in writing before any work is undertaken on a matter.
- Who actually files the claim?
- An attorney licensed in the jurisdiction where the funds are held. IronTiming does not file or appear on the record.
- How long does a matter take?
- Most matters resolve within three to nine months, depending on the court calendar and the completeness of the record.
- Will my information stay private?
- Yes. Correspondence and case material are treated as confidential and shared only with the attorney handling the claim.
